During the easing of lockdown the Mosque is required to operate and conduct prayers differently in order to keep our congregation safe. As part of the route map out of lockdown the Scottish Government has:
You will be required to provide some personal contact data when registering for our booking system. We will also record each time you enter and leave the Mosque. This data is recorded as part of NHS Scotland’s Test and Protect Initiative. The data is retained for 21 days then destroyed. It is only shared with NHS Scotland if they request the information from us as a result of contact tracing.
For the purpose of ensuring public health and safety throughout this time, we may contact you using the email address or phone number you provide during registration, in order to give you written instructions specific to the prayer(s) you have booked. This may be, for example, to tell you which entrance you should queue at when you arrive for the prayer. We will not use your personal information to contact you about any other matter.
